You typically need a company authorization letter naming the applicant, a copy of the applicant's passport, resident visa and Emirates ID, and a copy of the commercial or trade license.
With complete and accurate documentation, registration typically takes 3 to 7 business days, covering entity profile creation, two-step authentication setup, and FIU onboarding.
Depending on your sector and activity, you may need to file STRs (Suspicious Transaction Reports), SARs (Suspicious Activity Reports), DPMSRs, HRC, PNMR, CNMR or REAR reports — each triggered by specific transaction thresholds or risk indicators.
